Work plays a critical role in adding meaning to the lives of beneficiaries.  

For most of us, work defines who we are and how we interact with others in our community.

At Stewards we believe that wealth should in some way reflect the effort used to earn it.  

Wealth without work can diminish a child's drive to improve themselves and to pursue a meaningful life.

Knowing how much wealth to distribute to a child to enrich their ‘path’ without removing this drive is the key to building character and instilling a lifelong sense of responsibility.
